Having worked at Applause Theatre Service for over seven years now I would say that most not all our customers are from individuals and families looking for tickets to the best shows with the best prices. I know when I shop I do the same. I mean let's face it. Everybody wants a bargain nowadays. However we do have a very large travel agent base as well.One of the reasons they continue to come back year after year is that besides providing their client with great seats we provide a service.
The truth is there are hundreds of companies just like us. Anybody can sell you a ticket.The question you have to ask yourself is are they giving really looking out for your best interest?Do a google search on the Internet and you will see hundreds of companies just like us. The difference between us and those other companies besides being located in New York we truly are experts at what we do.
We see all the shows. Having been in every theatre on Broadway we know where the best seats are and how to get them at price that won't cost you an arm and a leg. That's what we do. We wouldn't still be around some twenty-four years later if we weren't doing something right. Like I said there are lots of other companies out there that will gladly take your money. Wouldn't you rather give your business to someone that cares about you and not the almighty dollar? I know I would if I had the choice.
