Customer Story

Today's customer story comes all the way from the Lone Star State. That's right. I'm talking about Texas. Dallas to be exact. Yesterday I got a call from a travel agent who's client was coming to New York and wanted to see a show. Their choice? Once, the 2012 Tony Award winner for Best Musical of the Year. Now while the show has been open for almost a year it is still a hot ticket. Therefore she knew it might be difficult to get good seats. At first I offered her client seats in the Front Mezzanine in the front row. Sounds good right? I thought they were but they were too off to the side. Strike one>So then I offered her Orchestra seats in the back. Now while they were on the right hand side they were more in the middle as opposed to against the wall. They didn't like those either.Strike two. Well after checking one more time I found some Premium seats in the second row center of the Orchestra. Home Run! Oh sure they were a little more than they wanted to pay but at least they were happy. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
