Today's customer story comes all the way from Park Ridge, New Jersey. A few days ago I received a call from Nancy at The Hertz Corporation. Last month she had called and ordered tickets from me to see Chicago and Jersey Boys for a few of her colleagues at the company. I take that back. It wasn't a few. It was forty-six people. Anyway she was so happy with the tickets that I got her that she called back and ordered thirty-nine tickets to see The Lion King for the following month. Don't you just love customers like that?
