This is good news for all you Shrek fans who haven't been able to make it to New York to see Shrek. The show which was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Musical is still doing boffo business at the Broadway Theatre eight times a week. Now comes news that Shek will begin their National Tour on July 13,2010 at Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre. The limited engagement will play thru September 5. No other cities have been announced but I will be sure to let you know as soon as they do. Don't forget that Applause will be selling Shrek in all cities including the Broadway production.
