Having been with Applause many years now I would say that most of our customers are travel agents. Not all but many. One of the reasons they continue to come back year after year is that besides providing their client with great seats we provide a service. Look anybody can sell you tickets. Do a google search on the Internet and you will see hundreds of companies just like us. The difference between us and those other companies besides being located in New York we truly are experts at what we do. We see all the shows. Having been in every theatre on Broadway we know where the best seats are and how to get them at price that won't cost you an arm and a leg. That's what we do. We wouldn't still be around twenty-three years later if we weren't doing something right. Like I said there are lots of other companies out there that will gladly take your money. Wouldn't you rather give your business to someone that cares about you and not the almighty dollar? I know I would if I had the choice.
