Well after three weeks of blogging about new shows and how you can get tickets for below face value I figured it was time for a more personal story about a customer I spoke to earlier this week. To be honest the week started off like any other. Quiet in the morning and then busy in the afternoon. It was the first Monday in February after all. So while the phones weren’t ringing off the hook Boldchat was. For those of you who don’t know what I am talking about it is a new interactive service that we launched about two years ago where we can talk live to customers when they log on to our website. It allows them to ask questions without ever having to pick up phone. If you haven’t checked it out I suggest you give it a try. It’s pretty cool.

Anyway back to my story. This week’s customer comes all the way from San Francisco. He was planning a last minute trip for him and his wife and wanted to see three shows while they were here. Their first choice was Billy Elliot and then he asked me to suggest two others that he might like. I suggested Hair as it is one of the best shows on Broadway. He loved that idea. He then mentioned that a friend of his had seen Next To Normal while they were here and thought it sounded different and thought that might be an option as well. I told him that I loved the show and that not only could I get him great seats but at a reduced rate. Same thing with Hair. Well he loved that. In the end I ended up getting him great seats to all three shows and at some great prices as well. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
