This week's customer story comes all the way from Seattle,Washington. This past Sunday I received a call from a young lady who was planning a trip into New York in Mid-February and wanted to see a show while she was here. I asked her what she wanted to see and she said she was hoping to get tickets to see The Importance Of Being Earnest. Now while the show may not be as popular as Wicked or Jersey Boys it is still a hot ticket. So after finding out when she would be here I set out to find tickets.
After telling her what I had available she told me that while the seats sounded good they were just a little bit out of her price range. I told her I understood and asked her if maybe there was something else that she would like to see that might be a little less. She asked if maybe there might be some inexpensive seats to Driving Miss Daisy. I told her that not only should I be able to get her excellent seats but at below face value. Well she loved that. She thanked me for all your help and said she would definitely use us again in the near future.
