My friends and colleagues like to make fun of me because I don't have texting on my phone. Quite frankly I just don't like it. I realize I'm in the minority. That's just how I feel. Now for those of you who out there who prefer that option or those of you facebook fanatics who spend several hours a day talking to your friends I have something right up your alley. Boldchat. Never heard of it?
To be honest when my boss first mentioned it to me a couple of years ago I wasn't really sure what to expect. Having worked in this business for over twelve years now I have spoken to all types of people. Now while I spend most of my day talking to people on the phone I will admit that the idea of talking to people online sounding intriguing.
This way I could still talk to people on the phone and chat with people at the same time.Plus it allows the customers online to ask any question they want without having to pick up a phone. With this new system you can get the info you want and we can take your ticket request and complete it all in the same chat. Sounds good to me. Why don't you give it a try? Hey if I can learn to love you might too. Until next time theatre fans.
