Jane Fonda stars in 33 Variations on Broadway

Get ready folks. The great film actress Jane Fonda will star as a musicologist researching the late, great musical composer Beethoven's "creative genius" at the end of his career. Ms. Fonda plays the role of Katherine Brandt, a woman who is running out of time trying to solve a 200 year old obsession. The show is called 33 Variations, a new play written and directed by Moises Kaufman.

Jane Fonda was last seen on a Broadway stage in 1963 in a show called Strange Interlude. 33 Variations is a strictly limited engagement and will only play for only 4 and 1/2 months at the Eugene O'Neill Theater in New York City.

So far as we know, the show is offering some discount seats of admission for off-peak performances. If the show opens to very positive reviews, it is likely that only full price tickets will be available.

So if you want to see an extremely talented actress like Jane Fonda on a Broadway stage, simply give a call to the friendly Broadway ticket experts at Applause Theater Service in New York.
