Leslie Jordan to Bring My Trip Down the Pink Carpet to Westside Theatre

I love this guy! I think he's just hysterical and who knew he had a one man show. I know Leslie Jordan from "Will & Grace" and absolutely loved him on "Boston Legal". Applause Theatre Service has learned that Leslie Jordan's solo show, My Trip Down the Pink Carpet, will begin previews at Off-Broadway's Westside Theatre(also home to the Marvelous Wonderettes) April 15. I cannot wait to see this!
David Galligan will direct the six-week limited engagement, which officially opens April 20.
Jordan is perhaps best known for his work as Beverley Leslie on the NBC series "Will & Grace." He has also been seen on "Boston Legal," "Hidden Palms" and "Reba."

Pink Carpet, according to press notes, is described as "an outrageous tell-all that weaves together a hilarious collection of true life stories. . . [The show] tells the unlikely tale of one of America's true gay icons. . . Filled with comically overwrought childhood agonies, offbeat observations, and revealing celebrity encounters — from Boy George to George Clooney — My Trip Down The Pink Carpet delivers a laugh-out-loud take on Hollywood, fame, addiction, gay culture, and learning to love oneself." You gotta love it!

Show times are Wednesday-Saturday at 8 PM with matinees on Wednesday and Sunday at 2 PM.

Tickets are available by calling Applause Theatre Service now at 800-451-9930. Get tickets to this show or any other Broadway or Off-Broadway show and mention the "Insider Deal" to take advantage of some extra special savings.
