Fresh from a sold out run Off-Broadway last year is Next Fall. The show which extended three times before closing on August 8,2009 received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. Previews began on February 16 at the Helen Hayes Theatre with opening night set for March 11. Besides it's acclaim the show has received a lot of buzz as of late because of it's lead producers Elton John and his partner David Furnish. Here is a description of the show from a production source.
"Luke believes in God. Adam believes in everything else. NEXT FALL portrays the ups and downs of this unlikely couple’s five-year relationship with sharp humor and unflinching honesty. And when an accident changes everything, Adam must turn to Luke’s family and friends for support… and answers. NEXT FALL paints a beautiful and funny portrait of modern romance, asking the hard questions about commitment, love and faith."
As I said reviews for the show were outstanding and based from what I heard it should do very well once again. Plus with the lack of new plays this season it should be a shoo-in for a Tony nomination for Best Play. By the way if you are looking for tickets to see Next Fall on Broadway we can get you tickets at some incredible savings. Not only that but at less then 600 seats it is the smallest theatre on Broadway. You know what that means? Not a bad seat in the house.
