Customer Story

This week's customer story comes all the way from upstate New York. Believe it or not but a lot of our customers come from the Tri-State area. So anyway it was one of my first calls of the day and I had a woman who was coming into the city that day with her family and wanted to know if she could get tickets to see The Lion King on Broadway. I asked her how many seats she needed and she told me she needed seven.

Since it was the same day she knew it might be tough so she was willing to split up if need be. Well not only did I find her seats but I was able to get all seven seats together and in the center of the Front Mezzanine which if you haven't been to the Minskoff Theatre it is just as good if not better than the Orchestra. Well to say she was happy was an understatement. I asked her if she needed anything else and she asked if I could suggest some restaurants for her and her family to go to after the show.

Having lived in New York for eighteen years I know plenty of places to go where not only would she get a good meal but at a price that would be well within their price range. She did have six other people to feed after all. Well after a little investigating I found a great place and they were on their way to a wonderful evening in the city. Another satisfied customer.
