Like romance on the stage? Then I hope you'll consider a visit to the recently opened Off Broadway show named Himself and Nora. The tagline of the show is "The Greatest Love Story Never Told".
Himself and Nora is the fantastic story of James Joyce (1882-1941), one of the greatest writers and poets ever and the incredible story of his great lifelong romance with Nora, a chambermaid (who later went onto become his wife), who's deep passion for life and great wit inspired Mr. Joyce to go on and write wonderful poems and stories for generations to enjoy. In the show you'll get to witness his life, love, difficulties and understand their wonderful Irish heritage.
Himself and Nora is playing at New York City's Minetta Lane Theatre now through September 4, 2016. The show stars Matt Bogart (Jersey Boys, Miss Saigon) and Whitney Bashor (Bridges of Madison County). The show is written by Jonathan Brielle and directed beautifully by Michael Bush.
If you think this great Off Broadway romance might be a show you'd like to consider seeing, I hope you'll consider a call to my company Applause-Tickets today. We're local Broadway and Off Broadway ticket experts.
Cheers to the cast and creative team at Himself and Nora.
