Customer Story

This week's customer story comes all the way from Westlake,Ohio. It was one of my last calls of the day on Saturday.So anyway a very nice gentleman called saying he had come upon our website earlier that day and after checking out several others he decided to give us call because we were the only one's with a telephone number. By the way for those of you who are shopping on the Internet I always tell people whether they use us or anybody else to always try and order from a company that has a phone number.

Makes sense right? That way if there are any problems or if you just want to ask a question you can. I asked him what he wanted to see and he said he wanted to know what the most popular show on Broadway was. I told him that Wicked and Jersey Boys were the top two followed by Billy Elliot and this season's newsiest smash hit The Addams Family. He told me that both he and his wife had already seen Wicked and Jersey Boys and asked me about Billy Elliot. I gave him a synopsis and told him it had music by Elton John and he was sold.

I also told him that the best viewing for that show was in the Front Mezzanine as it is a very large show and that the seats we had in the Orchestra were not as good as the Front Mezzanine as they were in the back off to the side. Now don't get me wrong. Those are still full view seats. I just figured since it was his first time seeing it and since it was the same price as the Mezzanine he might as well get the best view possible. He agreed and I got him fifth row center and at a price that was lower then he was expecting. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
