This week's customer story comes from our neighbor's across the river. For those of you that don't know I am talking about New Jersey also known as the Garden State. Last week I received a call from a gentleman who wanted to get tickets to see the new play A Behanding In Spokane because Christopher Walken is one of his favorite actor's of all time. I asked him when he would like to see it as the show is closing next month. He said the because his anniversary was coming up he wanted to try and get tickets for him and his wife for that weekend. Now while the show does have a major movie star good seats were still available for the date that he requested.
Not only that but I was able to get him seats in the center Front Mezzanine right on the aisle. Not too bad huh? Now besides getting him amazing tickets I was able to get them for a price lower then he would get at the box office. Since Applause is based in New York City we have access to special "Insider Deals" for over fifteen shows on Broadway. Who says you have to pay full price? I know I wouldn't if I didn't have too. Why should you? Anyway after I finished the sale I was able to recommend a nice restaurant for him and his wife for their special weekend. Another satisfied customer. Will you be next?
