Present Laughter Revival Begins Previews on January 2, 2010

A Broadway classic returns for yet another exciting revival of one of Noel Coward's classic comedies- Present Laughter. This should be one of the bright spots for the current Broadway season. Let me explain why.

Firstly you will get to see two amazing Broadway regulars, Victor Garber (Damn Yankees, Lend Me a Tenor, Little Me, Deathtrap) and Harriet Harris (Thoroughly Modern Millie, Cry-Baby and many others). Present Laughter will play a limited engagement at the American Airlines Theater from January 2 through March 21, 2010 and is a Roundabout Theatre Company production.

This very funny comedy tells the story of a matinee idol called Garry as we witness him planning for an upcoming trip to Africa. Before not too long, Garry finds his beautiful London flat invaded by several people who turn his life upside down, including his estranged wife and a young playwright. All hell breaks loose before Garry gets to escape on his trip.

Direction of Present Laughter is by Nicholas Martin. The show is 2 and 1/2 hours long including 2 intermissions.

If you feel like just talking about Present Laughter, obtaining tickets to the show or need some restaurant suggestions when planning a visit to one of the many Broadway Shows, Applause Ticket Agency looks forward to your call.

I hope this information is helpful to you or someone you know.

Take care now.
