The Mets and Yankees both got their seasons underway on the road on Monday, the Mets riding the pitching of Johan Santana and their revamped bullpen to a 2-1 win over Cincinnati, while CC Sabathia and the Yankees struggled in Baltimore and lost 10-5. Both teams continue on the road this week before they return home next week and open their new stadiums. The Mets open Citi Field on Monday April 13 against San Diego, and the Yankees open the New Yankee Stadium on Thursday April 16 against Cleveland.
