I'll be honest when my boss first told us about this new service I wasn't really sure what to expect. Personally I prefer talking to someone over the phone as opposed to texting or in this case a live chat with a representative. Well I am happy to say that not only do I enjoy it but it makes multi-tasking a lot easier. I can be talking to one customer on the phone and chat with another at the same time. Plus it allows the customers online to ask any question they want without having to pick up a phone. With this new system you can get the info you want and we can take your ticket request and complete it all in the same chat. It doesn't get any better that. Why not give it a try?
