Customers talk back with Todd

Had a customer call yesterday looking for BILLY ELLIOT this weekend. I said I know it is a tough date but let me look around for a moment and see if I can find anything for you. He said he ordered tickets from another company and he would spare me the details of the drama but he really needed 2 tickets for Friday. After searching a bit I did find 2 seats for him and he quite promptly said..."thank you thank you" I will take them. He said I have used you guys before and you know what I love? That even though you are in New York with all the hustle bustle of the city...you guys are always so calm and friendly! He is coming up to our office today to pick up his tickets. It will be nice to actually say hello in person as well.
