Customers talk back...with Todd

Richard emailed me for tickets for his client to see PHANTOM OF THE OPERA in April. He said his client wanted the best seats for a great price. BINGO…I suggested that he let me get him a “best available” ticket in the orchestra or front mezzanine at a much lower price than normal (tickets below face value). Otherwise I would quote a specific seat for nearly $50.00 more, AND they could end up being the same seats. This is the part I love…Richard emailed his client:
Money is Money. I trust Todd.
I suggest we take him up on his $122/offer. He will get us 4 together.
Let me know your thoughts.
Anyhow, I got them great seats for the show and saved them some $$$$. Richard was happy, his client is thrilled and I love knowing that customers can trust and rely on me to take the best care of them.
