The Passing Of An Icon

I am still in shock. Here we are not even 24 hours later and I still can't believe that Michael Jackson,The King of Pop,is no longer with us. Like millions of people around the world I sat glued to my television set as this tragic story unfolded yesterday evening. On my way to work this morning I stopped at a local newsstand before heading to the train. That's when it really hit me. There was a picture of Michael with the caption "DEAD". You can't get any more final than that. Even though he is gone his music and his legacy will live on long after we have left this earth. There will never be another Michael Jackson. Rest in Peace Michael. Heaven has a new angel.
