Customers talk back...with Todd
Talk about bad timing…One of my favorite Travel agents was given a gift from her colleagues recently to come to NYC. She called very excited that after some years she was coming back to the city. We talked about restaurants and shows and everything that they should do. I booked them into 6 restaurants, lunch and dinner each day and tickets to see JERSEY BOYS and BILLY ELLIOT. After arriving in the city, checking into their hotel and having lunch they began to walk around the city and enjoy the sights. When suddenly one of the ladies in the group suddenly felt ill they rushed her to the emergency room. Seems she had a case of “ecoli” and they had to pack up and rush home. I very quickly cancelled all of their dining reservations and resold their tickets to the shows. Needless to say they are looking forward to rebooking this fabulous trip.
