Customers talk back...with Todd
Amazing what we do as a team at APPLAUSE. Rich spoke to a wonderfully sweet man from Georgia last week that was looking to see WICKED. Unfortunately at the time we had no seats available, BUT Rich told him that very often as we get close to the performance we get tickets released. He assured him we would keep a close watch on the order and call to confirm as soon as we had a release. He explained it could be as late as the day before and the gentleman said that was fine and gave Rich all of his information. Rich then gave me the order to watch and sure enough today (actually 8 days before) we got a great set of tickets to WICKED in the center orchestra row K. I called the kind gentleman from Georgia and he was quite simply thrilled that we had remembered him and came through with just what Rich promised (and a lot sooner than he expected). I processed his order and sent him an email confirmation and we have one more very happy customer.
