I am so proud of the fact that Applause has a staff that answers all calls without voice mail, music on hold, or the ever popular,"I am sorry I can't come to the phone right now. I am either away from my desk or on the phone. I will call you at my earliest convenience."

What I forgot to mention is that during the day from 9AM until 8PM EST we have BOLD Chat on our Internet site: This gives you immediate access to one of our helpful and knowledgeable staff members who are here to answer any question's you might have.

I also want to remind you to compare our prices with any of the competition. Tickets for most Broadway shows are sold BELOW FACE VALUE. Let's be honest, Broadway show tickets are expensive. I remember that when A Chorus Line opened in 1975 a ticket for the show was $15 for Orchestra and Front Mezzanine. When A Chorus Line closed in 1990 tickets were $55.

Now tickets on Broadway are as high as $136.50 and even higher the week after Christmas. Doesn't it make sense to check our prices?
