Customers talk back with Todd

Had a customer email me from the UK, saying that he had booked tickets to THE LION KING online and their flights were on the same day and they wouldn’t arrive in time. Would it be possible to switch the dates? As I looked up his order, I found that he had actually booked his tickets for the wrong month entirely.


Just kidding...

When I told him what date he had booked online,

he sent me back an email pleading...I am so sorry...What am I gonna do?

I replied to him don't fret. The problem is already solved…I cancelled the incorrect order and rebooked tickets to THE LION KING for the day after their flight arrives.
I then sent him a new email confirmation and he was thrilled.
I have had other customers share their horror stories of booking tickets for the wrong date or the wrong amount and being told there was nothing that could be done about it.

I would find it difficult to not at least try to exchange, resell or do everything possible to accomodate a request like that. We are all human and people do make mistakes.
