Burn The Floor comes to Broadway's Longacre Theater

Performances begin July 25 for 12 weeks.

Every once in a long while, something unique comes to Broadway that is neither a play or a musical. The show I'm speaking about is called Burn The Floor. Burn The Floor is a combination Ballroom and Latin dance piece that has played all over the world. Burn The Floor will begin previews at New York's Longacre Theater for a limited 12 week engagement.

Popular dances like the "Lindy", "Foxtrot" and the "Charleston", that were very popular at Harlem's The Savoy many years ago as well as the Latin Quarter's "Cha-Cha", "Rumba" and "Salsa" will be performed by some of the world's most accomplished dancers ever seen on a stage. And this is just the start as the audience will also see wonderful dances like the "Viennese Waltz", "Jive", "Paso Doble", "Tango", "Samba", "Mambo", "Quickstep" and "Swing"as well. For those of you that might remember some other popular dance show of some years back that played in Broadway theaters, you may recall shows like Flamenco Argentina and Flamenco Puro. They sold tickets like crazy for these shows and I anticipate that we may get lots of interested ticket buyers for Burn The Floor.

Applause Theater and Entertainment Service, a locally New York State licensed ticket agency (license #71AP1001029) for Burn The Floor and all the Broadway Shows playing in New York City are offering discounted seats for the first 3 weeks of the show (July 25 through August 16, 2009). As a part of Applause's Below Face Value lineup of shows, we can get you "top priced" orchestra and front mezzanine seats for less than the regular printed price of a Burn The Floor ticket of admission. What could be better than this?

Since we do not know if the special discount will extend passed the first 3 weeks, we ask you to consider calling Applause for tickets for the July 25 through August 16, 2009 performance schedule period. My guess is that if Burn The Floor starts selling lots of tickets, then the special discount may be discontinued.

If your plans include some of the other Broadway Shows playing, you can call Applause in New York seven days a week, 365 days a year and talk to one of our Broadway experts.

Remember to say "the TicketMan sent you". That's me. I hope this information is helpful to you, your friends and family.

Sincerely,
Rich Gladstone
