The Little Mermaid Ticket Deals Extended through the Summer of 2009

There are many people that have made the assumption that The Little Mermaid, one of Disney on Broadway's very popular shows for over a year and a half now, might be mostly for children. Not in my opinion however. In fact, I have personally seen the show twice and enjoyed it as much as I have several other Disney's Broadway creations.

The Little Mermaid is a cute story about a beautiful young mermaid by the name of Ariel who lives in a magical kingdom beneath the sea. She longs for a life (and love) above the ocean. The Little Mermaid is based on the movie of the same name, with fantastic music by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman and some newer songs by Alan Menken and Glenn Slater. Songs include "Under The Sea", "Part of Your World", "Kiss The Girl" and many others that you are sure to recognize.

The costume design (by Tatiana Noginova) and scenic design (by George Tsypin) along with superb direction by Francesca Zambello make The Little Mermaid worth the price of admission. The show really is very under-rated in my opinion. From beginning to end, you'll be entertained with very "singable" songs as well as some of the best acting ever assembled on a Broadway stage. Faith Prince, a Broadway regular with a long list of stage accomplishments to her name, along with Norm Lewis (another industry veteran) will please from beginning to end as will Chelsea Morgan Stock (Ariel) and Drew Seeley (Prince Eric).

Although The Little Mermaid is set to close on Broadway on August 30, 2009, Applause Theater Service can obtain amazing seats at Below Face Value prices for all performances of this great show. Since The Little Mermaid doesn't usually sell all of its inventory for every performance, Applause can secure top priced seats at prices that only an "insider" can get. No kidding, shop around and then consider giving us a call. No pressure to buy anything of course.

And if you are interested in other Broadway Shows, we'd love to talk to you about them as well. We consider ourselves the local Broadway ticketing experts.

I hope this was helpful. If you want to talk about The Little Mermaid or Broadway Shows in general, just call and say The Broadway Ticket Man sent you. Thanks very much.

Sincerely,
Rich Gladstone
